Sustainable Crafting Event!

Recently, our Fort Lee GS chapter got creative with sustainability by transforming old clothes into handmade gifts for the community! From tote bags and coin purses to plushies and eco bags, every item had a purpose and someone in the community for it to belong to.

Whether it was helping a classmate carry her books, gifting a plush to a teacher, or surprising a friend with a coin pouch for snack runs, we gave new life to old things!

Big thanks to chapter leader Surhyun and FLGS members for coordinating this event, handling the collection of fabrics, hand-sewing every gift, and showing how upcycling can be practical and personal!
